Our Story
We started Mellonville Manor with the belief that your stay should feel like you are at home, only better. We want your stay to be exceptional, so we have made every effort to ensure you have everything you might need and then some.
Located minutes from Historic Downtown Sanford, the house is surrounded by charming brick streets and the signature Florida Live Oak trees decorated with Spanish moss. Sanford boasts a walkable main street brimming with restaurants, breweries and unique shops, along the beautiful Lake Monroe waterfront and Downtown Sanford Marina.
Our Property
Built in 1925, Mellonville Manor is a beautifully restored 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, tastefully updated with a new kitchen, stainless steel appliances, and central air. The house features an outdoor dining area where you can enjoy the sounds of the fountain, overlooking a Florida-friendly landscaped front yard. We have furnished and decorated the house with a relaxing vacation in mind and thought through every detail to ensure you have an exceptional stay.
